By accounting for individual needs and preferences, such a program can provide specific guidance on macronutrient intake, such as protein, carbohydrates, and fats, to support weight management, muscle growth, athletic performance, or overall wellness. The program may involve calculating and tracking macro ratios, offering meal plans, and providing ongoing support to help individuals make informed nutrition choices.

  • Strength-based programming focuses on developing muscular strength through structured, progressive resistance training. This approach typically involves using exercises that target major muscle groups, emphasizing compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. Programs are designed to progressively overload muscles. These workouts typically fall in a lower rep range with extended rest periods.

  • Hypertrophy training focuses on increasing the size of your muscles and shaping your physique. It involves lifting weights with a moderate to heavy load for higher reps (usually 6-12 per set) to stimulate muscle growth.

  • A running program is designed to help improve endurance, speed, and overall running performance. It typically includes a mix of different types of runs and exercises to target various aspects of running fitness such as easy runs, tempo runs and long runs.

Self-Guided Coaching App

This app with hypertrophy programming is designed to help clients build muscle mass and increase strength.

The app provides workout plans, progress tracking, and instructional videos to ensure clients perform exercises with proper form.

Hi, I’m Emily! I’ve been coaching clients since 2007, almost 18 years ​now, in both fitness and nutrition. I have a genuine passion for various ​aspects of the fitness industry and it has enabled me to assist people ​with a wide range of goals.

I'm an IFBB pro bodybuilder, and my years of competing have fueled my ​transition from being just an athlete to being both a coach and an ​athlete.

My coaching focuses on individuals aiming to increase strength, build ​muscle, reduce body fat, or enhance their overall health. I also have a ​special interest in creating programs tailored for athletes.

In collaboration with my husband, we develop specialized running and ​military training programs. These are his areas of expertise, as he lives, ​works, trains, and studies in these domains!
